Description
A structured tote built entirely by hand the body is woven from a single run of leather, with no seams across the surface. It's a slower, more deliberate construction than most totes on the market, and it shows in the finish.
Full-grain leather. Hand-woven. Comes with a matching drawstring dust bag.
Large: 44cm base width, 29cm top width, 23cm height (excl. handles), 23cm handle drop, 14cm depth.
Small: 37–39cm base width, 23cm top width, 20cm height (excl. handles), 23cm handle drop, 13cm depth.
As with all hand-woven pieces, slight size variation between individual bags is normal and part of the craft.
Materials & Construction
Full-grain leather, hand-cut and saddle-stitched with waxed thread for load-bearing seams. Edges are hand-burnished, not painted over. Hardware is solid brass throughout, chosen for durability and finish. Every piece is made in small batches, not mass-produced.
Care Instructions
Condition with a leather balm every 3-6 months to keep the leather supple. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and moisture — if it gets wet, let it air dry away from direct heat. Store in the dust bag provided when not in use. Full-grain leather will naturally develop character and patina with age; this is normal and part of how it's meant to wear in.
