We want you to be genuinely happy with your Verlain London piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Returns
You may return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return
- We'll confirm the return and provide instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any dust bag or box provided
Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's complete.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
Craftsmanship Warranty
Separately from returns, every Verlain London bag is covered by our 2+ year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or construction. Contact us if you believe your item qualifies.
