2. Products and Pricing All products are made to order using full-grain leather. Because each piece is handcrafted, minor natural variations in grain, tone, and texture may occur and are not considered defects. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.

4. Made-to-Order Production As pieces are made to order, please allow the stated production time before dispatch. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates.
