Yes. Velian London products are prepared through our own production process. We do not rely on a third-party Etsy production partner for the products listed as made by Verlain London.

How long does it take to make my order?
Our standard production time is up to 10 business days. Some orders may be completed sooner, depending on the product and current production workload.

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return a standard item (EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period). Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
